What You Need to Know About Payments and Support

We aim to be as transparent as possible when it comes to fees and funding. Below you’ll find key information on available support, payment expectations and our nursery’s policies.

Our current fee structure can be found in the table below.

Fees are charged weekly or monthly in advance and are payable for all booked sessions — this includes any absences due to sickness.

📅 Nursery Opening Hours

We are open:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30am – 6:00pm
• 51 weeks per year

We are closed on the following days (and do not charge for these days):

• All Bank Holidays
• Good Friday and Easter Monday
• Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and the week between Christmas and New Year

Closure dates will always be shared with you in advance.

📝 Notice Period

If you wish to leave the nursery:

• Four weeks' written notice is required.
• Fees must be paid in full for those final four weeks.
• If notice is not given, your outstanding balance may be referred to an independent debt recovery agency.

⏰ Late Fees

Please be mindful of pick-up times. The following charges apply:

• £5.00 for the first 15 minutes late
• £10.00 for every additional 15 minutes thereafter
• Late payment of fees will incur a charge of £25.00 per overdue week

🚪 Drop-Off and Collection

Currently, children are dropped off and picked up at the nursery door. This helps ensure a smooth and safe handover process.

🎓 Government Funding Options

You may be eligible for help with childcare costs:

15 or 30 Hours Free Childcare

Depending on your circumstances, your child may be entitled to 15 or 30 hours of funded childcare per week. You can check your eligibility and apply through the Government website here

Tax-Free Childcare

You could also be eligible for Tax-Free Childcare, which can save you up to £2,000 per year, per child. Find out more here
